Set healthy intentions and create your life by the moon phases

Set healthy intentions and create your life by the moon phases.

The Moontime Diary is a moon calendar diary which tells you the moon phase and position for every day of the year.

In your Moontime Diary you find the next New Moon is in Virgo 25° on Saturday 19.9.09 at 4:44 am

Virgo is associated with:
health, daily routines, work, affinity to nature, pets,
 colleagues and employees

Every New Moon is the beginning of a new moon cycle which is suited to eliminate unwanted habits and to start new projects. New Moon in Virgo relates particularly to health and work related matters. At that time we have a good sense for reality and we even enjoy doing things that create order and structure, sort out things and give them a place.

By re setting our auto pilot, or GPS system, we give our subconscious or higher mind a new direction and it will take us there. It is like planning a round the world trip. You go to the travel agent, tell them where you want to go, they tell you which plain or train to get on and the pilot/driver will take you there. It is ok to change your mind but make sure you tell them! Otherwise you will end up where you are heading to.

A positive attitude towards overcoming obstacles will put into effect an expansive and constructive period of growth. Positive and negative patterns that have been established by the first quarter moon which is in 7 days/ or 3 months continue to develop!

Have something handy to write and take a few deep breaths. Release tension and get to a state of openness and receptivity. The more relaxed you are the easier it is for you to reprogram your auto pilot.

Once you feel relaxed ask yourself how you can improve those situations and issues associated with Virgo, take some time to ponder in peace and quiet and focus your thoughts and ideas on positive change.

“What is it I need to know, so I can improve the situations and issues related to Virgo? Self talk from a loving space in your heart and focus your thoughts and ideas on positive change.

How can I

? live a more healthier, relaxed and purposeful life?

? become and stay more organized at home and at work?

? initiate a greater sense of cooperation between my colleagues and myself?

? I find and get that job which encompasses my talents and expertise
Now take a moment and formulate your answers into a positive affirmation in present tense. The timeframe should be 4 weeks or 12 months.
 E.g.

  • I am finding and putting things in their appropriate places
  • I will create files for my work and private emails
  • I spend some time ( 30 min a week) to sort out my emails, letters, communications
  • I set time aside ( weekly/ monthly) to keep up with my book keeping
  • I am finishing my book keeping in 4 weeks time
  • I start every day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice to gently start my digestive system every day
  • In 4 weeks I have worked out exactly what job I want and how to get it
  • A musician might want to remind himself on moon in virgo days that finger practice is more effective now

Listen to yourself and write down the questions and answers that come to your mind.

The next full moon in two weeks (and also the Full Moon in Virgo in six months, February) sees your awareness/project culminating.
After the Full Moon the moon is in the waning phase for two weeks. Use this time to minimise, consolidate, clear out and finish this project, issue, idea or this stage of it.
Self talk from a loving space in your heart:
‘I believe that everything I need to know will be revealed to me, so I need to keep my eyes and ears open.
I love you …. and so be it’

You can burn your notes to set your intentions free or keep them in a safe place for future viewing; you will be surprised by the process and the outcome.
The Moontime Diary tells you the phase and position of the moon for every day of the year. Every day of the year has 3 suggestions regarding health, home and garden and makes it easy for everyone to follow the moon cycle.
Cheerful moon blessings
Iris
